Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Bright Marketing Solutions, operating One Tap Go (“we”, “us”), processes information submitted through this website and optional website analytics.

Information we collect

When you accept analytics, we record an anonymous session identifier, pages and sections viewed, button clicks, referral source, campaign parameters, approximate device type and a one-way protected representation of the network address. When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, company, telephone number, email address and plan interest that you provide.

Purposes

We use analytics to understand website performance, improve the customer journey, measure campaigns and protect the service. We use enquiry information to respond to your request, arrange a product introduction and manage follow-up communications. If you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, we may also send relevant product updates and use the contact details you provided for advertising audience matching.

Advertising technologies

If you accept optional technologies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may be loaded. These providers may process device or browsing signals according to their own terms. We do not receive your telephone number or email address merely because you viewed this website.

Choice and withdrawal

You may reject optional analytics from the consent banner. Marketing consent in the enquiry form is optional and is recorded separately. You may ask us to stop using your submitted information for marketing, request access or correction, or withdraw consent by contacting us.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations and security. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
